We said we'd be back, and return we did. Both stays were brilliant. We have stayed in most of the rooms now and they were all nice and comfortable. Peter, Angela and Kerry are great hosts and deserve all the lovely reviews as seen on here. We are missing Dorset and Angelas Shortbread!! BTW the Raspberry has rooted nicely thank you! Les and Liza

What a find?! Very well located to explore the delights of Corfe and Swanage. We were in the area for a christening (in Worth Matravers) & stumbled across this B&B online. Our room was very comfortable and SPOTLESS, with some cute touches such as homemade shortbread, bottled water & chocolate (how to win the heart of a pregnant woman?!), the breakfast was delicious. So beautifully presented and laid out for just the two of us!! The owners had a great knowledge of local area for best places to eat (FYI the Scott Arms is great!). Definitely recommend this lovely, homely place.

Our stay at Castle View was comfortable. Our smallish second floor room, nestled under the sloping roof, was charming, with a comfortable bed (plus 2 smaller beds which we didn’t need, but which could have accommodated another adult, or a couple of kids), two small but comfortable chairs, lots of storage for clothes, and a small refrigerator (with complimentary chocolate – a nice touch). There was a small but well equipped bathroom, which had been newly renovated. Angela and Peter made us feel very welcome (and Peter took our bags upstairs for us). Breakfast was excellent, including cereal and delicious fresh fruit as well as the usual English cooked items. Free Wi-Fi was available downstairs in the dining room. Castle View is a 10 minute drive from Corfe Castle. There was no view of the castle from our room (Castle View was the name of the original house, which did have a view, and you can see the Castle from one spot in the private back yard). Castle View is a good place to stay if you want to visit Corfe Castle (an imposing ruin which is well worth a visit).

Perfect stay. Bright, luxurious room with lots of nice touches as other reviewers have indicated, including home-baked cookies, tea galore, top-notch amenities in bathroom and binoculars to gaze out the window at the beautiful views across the valley. Breakfast was a terrific English and the house is well situated for Corfe castle by car or good walk. Have absolutely no qualms in recommending - urging - people who wish to stay near Corfe to stay at the Castle View. Thank you Angela and Peter for your hospitality; will be back.

we stayed in Room 4 which was really nice with lovely views. The welcome we received was second to none. We loved the little touchs of homemade shortbread, chocolate and fresh milk in the room. Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed the hospitality. We will definitely go back.

Stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. What a great place to stay! Angela and Peter are extremely warm and friendly hosts, making it a home from home. Delicious home made shortbreak and chocolates greeted us after long walks during the days.
Spotlessly clean (we stayed in room 4), with terrific shower and a bath, perfect after a full days adventure. The views over the rolling hills are wonderful, the hosts even provided binoculars to look at wildlife etc. The breakfast was immense, setting you up for the day with a great selection of cereals, yogurts and a full english that will live long in the memory!
Great location close to Corfe Castle, and clost to Swanage too. Ideal for all activities / walks / sight seeing etc on the Isle of Purbeck. Thank you once again to Angela and Peter for a great stay!

Room Tip: Room 4 - Double bed, (amazing mattress!), en suite with bath and shower. 2 x single beds, storage, l...

Incredible attention to detail - bath robes, homemade shortbread, fresh milk, comfortable beds, immaculately clean, prettily decorated - these are not things you often get in B&B's in England. Angela and Peter could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was just delicious. Thanks from 4 tired Swedish cyclists. We have stayed at many B&B's and this was one of the best (we paid more for a dated, shabby B&B in Bournemouth).

Room Tip: The rooms feel brand new and clean and fresh. Just perfect!
