“Fantastic week at this campsite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

Just returned from another great holiday at Easewell. We have been coming here for the last 4 years, site facilities are good & showers are spotlessly clean.

A special BIG thankyou to the owner for returning a school leavers hoody left in the toilet block by one of our party, very much appreciated.

Looking forward to staying again next year.

Regards Terri Bacon

stayed at Easewell farm for 6 nights with friends both having a trailer tent. The facilities were great and the staff very friendly. the only down side was not knowing when food was available as it was not always open, and no opening hours displayed. There are some beautiful walks around the area and keep an eye open for the seals. Would not hesitate booking areturn trip. well done Martin. Make sure you go into the village there are 3 pubs all serving food.

Whilst in a great location and has really good facilities, tent pitches with hook up facilities are far too small for modern day tents. Also, being Whitsun holiday week all pitches were booked and therefore far too cramped together. Car parking was also an issue as there was limited/ no room to park by your tent and limited access to tents by car. Toilet/shower block whilst more than satisfactory, was at times poorly maintained for the busy holiday period. In the ladies showers, there is limited space to place belongings - no bench and only 1 hook available until feedback provided and the matter rectified. Having said the above, we still had a fab week and the feedback given was appreciated. The open top bus to Woolacombe was fab as was the walk into the beautiful village of Mortehoe.

What a wonderful site. The most stunning views and walks. Very welcoming warden and real old style pub welcome for both us and our dogs. Felt like regulars in my local after one night. Warden extremely knowledgable of area. Great stay - we will be going back

We camped at Easewell Farm for May half term, 2 adults and 2 boys aged 9 and 4. I wouldn't normally choose to camp with a large company like this one, preferring small, quiet, out of the way places, however this place was great, we were able to pitch tent wherever in the allocated field, so we chose to camp near the trees, the nearest tent was about 50 metres away. A quiet site for caravans, tourers and campers with small, but adequate facilities on site including a launderette, a small bar (where well behaved dogs are welcome), a small shop, reception, indoor pool and take away. The manager was very approachable and friendly as were all the staff. The shower block was one of the best I have used on a camp site, with showers that provider a good power shower without the stupid time delay buttons, and hot water that can be controlled, not once did I see a queue for the showers, quite a large shower block (for the women, can't comment on the mens as I did not use them!), plenty of shower cubicles and toilets. Once on the site you were able to use the facilities at the other parks which was great for the kids, lots to do at Twitchen House and even more at Golden Bay. Short (ish) walk to Woolacombe Beach. All in all a great camp site, I hope to return again this year.

Room Tip: If you prefer a lively holiday you may prefer to stay at Twitchen House or Golden Bay. Avoid campin...

We booked easewell farm for the weekend after a friends recommendation.
We have a very large tent and found the first pitch we were allocated was too small (we had a grass pitch with electricity) The manager there relocated a pitch to us which was perfect.
The site is very small and quiet and dog friendly .There is no evening entertainment but there is a pub and carvery on Sundays. The showers were clean and had the hottest water in any of the camp-sites i have visited. The washing area was also clean and again had piping hot water. The swimming pool is small and only has a max depth of 1.3 mtrs but we had great fun in there. It was warm and clean. The changing rooms could do with being a bit bigger and warmer though!
You can use the facility's on the other 3 sites which we didn't use but will do on our next stay.
We loved our weekend there and have booked to go back again for a week in august and have booked packages to do when we will use the other sites.
We cant wait to go back again in august !

Room Tip: carefully check the size of the pitch you book as the pitches aren't a great size and have to ac...

Having stayed here before, I had known that the facilities are good, and the camping and touring field is very good, but this year I was really surprised how expensive it was. No wonder the camping field had so much space left on the bank holiday weekend. Even in the bar, £4.50 for a pint of San Miguel is well overpriced.

Also, although maybe quite normal, I booked two pitches the day before arriving but had to cancel one which I called about first thing in the morning, but there was no flexibility on that, not even allowed to use that booking at a later date. All a bit too corporate for my liking.

I would recommend this site, especially for families, but I think I'll be looking into others nearby in future.

We're really pleased that you chose to come back to us again this year. We do check our bar prices against other pubs and bars in the area and at other campsites and aim to provide good value. San Miguel is a higher end lager but we do have Carlsberg on draught also at £3.30 per pint. We do aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to changing holiday bookings and we offer a low cost cancellation cover to help provide additional flexibility; however bookings changed within 2 weeks of arrival can only be brought forward and not backward unless it's covered by one of the qualifying reasons, such as illness of a party member. We hope that you will come back to stay with us again and keep an eye out on our website for the best deals. Martin Squires - Manager
