I took my sister here in a wheelchair, which was quite difficult in places due to the uneven floor, but the otter keeper allowed us to go through a gate and be beside him as he did his first talk, so we had a brilliant view of the otters.
This attraction is quite small - we still stayed for about two hours. If it had had a cafe and toilets. we would have stayed longer, but we had to go all the way back to the railway station for these facilities, and it's too much hassle!
Apart from that drawback, it's a lovely place to visit on a dull day. The paths outside were very wet in places though, which made pushing a wheelchair very difficult. Lots of photo opportunities, with some fantastic large butterflies, and playful otters.
