We have walked past the Brixham Museum on many occasions when visiting Brixham previously, and finally went in last week. (It was a cold, blustery day, so why not?!). What a fabulous series of rooms and displays! It was well worth the small admission fee. The museum is full of interesting artifacts and commentary, and there is a really good variety of things to interest every age of visitor. Also, the staff and volunteers' genealogy expertise is extensive, so if you have some burning questions about your local family history, they can probably help.
