Description: Raggamuffins is a small family run cafe and coffee shop. Tucked away in the Cross Tree Centre in the village close to car parks. We are mainly known for our fresh fish evening meals when we serve locally sourced fish and seafood in a relaxed manner, seating at night is limited to around 20 covers so booking can be useful. Lunch is served daily Monday to Saturday with Roasts and a good selection of snacks and salads. Fresh Crab sandwiches are available most days. Evening opening is Tuesday to Saturday but can be less subject to seasons.

“Nice food on a rainy day.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

Cosy little cafe. Staff were attentative. Food was simple but cooked very well. We had jacket potatoes with different fillings - all very nice. Mine was cheese and baked beans and both fillings were plentiful. I would have given them five stars but we had a pot of tea which was advertised as £1.60 on menu but they charged us £4.80, i.e. £1.60 for each of us !. Anyway I would recommend this place - especially when the rain is pouring outside.

“First class for a family run affair”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

We have been regular visitors to this restaurant over the last 10 years (particularly for special occasions) The husband, wife and daughter team have never failed to impress us with their fantastic menu and excellent homely service. They will go out of their way to add personal touches to your meal if you are celebrating a special occasion. We have only ever visited in the evening but I believe their lunchtime menu is also excellent.
If you are a lover of freshly cooked fish dishes this restaurant is a must.

“Lovely family run bistro, great value and quality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2013

There is always a set price lunchtime menu, depending on courses eaten, with a min. of 3 choices - often more. Their full menu carries a great range of delicious food (specializing in fish and seafood) but many other items available. They also offer a varied drinks menu and are licenced - booking always advisable - check for night opening and booking. Great service and food all round.

“So disappointing”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

I went to an 80th party for a friend here, there was a large group of us. The staff were clearly out of their depth!! The service from the genteman was cold and unpleasant and the food was dreadful. 95% of the party was dissapointed with their EXPENSIVE dinner as it was over cooked and bland, revolting. It seem's as long as you go as a small group you'll probably be happy but make sure you don't go as a large group, they can't handle it. Front of house service (the chap) also doesn't like it if you take a birthday cake etc along, your only supposed to eat their (not so nice) food. Wont go there again, EVER.
