I was highly recommended to visit here by a work colleague while on a short break to Guernsey recently. I'm so glad that we went, the meal was certainly one to remember. The restaurant is on the seafront, at the northern end of St Peter Port. There is parking outside though a limited number of spaces. We had reserved a table by the window overlooking the sea, although the stormy weather spoiled the view. I had the evening set menu for £20, which was excellent value. The starter was the Absolute End salad, a delicious concoction of crab, prawns, avocado. celery and melon. For the main course, I chose the sea bass, served with vegetables, which was so fresh and delicate it melted in the mouth. My dessert was a lovely trio of miniature desserts, followed by filter coffee, a nice end to the meal. Service was attentive and swift. I will definitely go again if I return to Guernsey, and would highly recommend the restaurant.
