Five night stay at the Hotel was by far a great experience. Reception Staff were excellent and could not do enough for you.
The restaurant manager was the only one that we could find fault with, he was rude and overbearing, which put us off eating in the dinning room.
Fortunately the black dog pub adjoining the hotel had great food and great staff . Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Our rooms were ready and waiting for us, we would certainly visit again.
And probably continue to avoid the dinning room except for breakfast which we had no choice about.
