“Five star attention to detail”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

What a super find. We spent a long weekend in Jersey and chose to base ourselves at The Inn. For a three star hotel we found their service worthy of five. The reception we received was warm and welcoming, and the personalised service ran right through every aspect of their offering; nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Breakfasts were delicious, local advice was spot on and the well-stocked bar was just the ticket. We loved the stylish, comfy rooms, yummy toiletries from The White Company and the free wifi, which was a real plus as we hadn't realised our UK phones would be on roaming with exhorbitant data costs. Such a pleasant stay - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Inn to anyone heading to Jersey. And we'll definitely be back ourselves, too. Kudos, gang.

Tried this place randomly. Parking was a bit tight and we only ate in the bar from the bar menu, but the food was wonderful and the service excellent. I heartily recommend the Aubergine and cream cheese BBQ rolls. They're incredible.

This hotel is well situated to walk into the town centre, but you have to walk up a hill to get to. The management and staff are very welcoming and try to please in what ever way possible.
The breakfast was first class and you can choose from Continental to Full English or if you're really hungry, then you can eat and enjoy both.
If we had been given a bigger and not so cramp a room, then my review, would have had a higher rating. Also at first, it's like a maze trying to find your room, as they are situated all over the place .Maybe like in the " GOOD OLD DAYS ! " A member of staff, should show you to your room !
If I return to Jersey, I WOULD stay here again.

Room Tip: I would suggest you don't have room 205...It was too cramp to be a double. This room should be f...

Hi Lawrepete.

Wow, what a wonderful headline - Thank you so much.

I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay with us.

Although a lot has gone into making THE INN a modern and comfortable establishment, we are in an old building and therefore room sizes do vary and 205 is one of our smaller classic rooms. We also do have superior rooms and some amazing suites which I am sure will not disappoint.

Please let us know if you do come back and we will do our best to give you a larger room - Hopefully we can have that 5 then ? (-:

I have just returned from what I consider to be one of the very best hotel's I have ever stayed in!
No one member of staff stood out, they were just all superb!!!! From the night porter upwards everybody gave such courteous & amazing service, that I cannot praise them enough. The only sad note is that my work will not take me to Jersey for a least another six months, so I won't be enjoying the Inn again for a little while.

The management and all the staff at the Inn are very helpful, polite and entertaining. Our room was very modern, extremely comfortable/relaxing. The restaurant servers’ excellent quality meals at very reasonable prices with entertainment in the bar Friday and Saturday nights and with just a 10 minute walk from the town centre/sea front I highly recommend a visit.

Dear Ray C

Thanks for your great review.

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us and I'm really pleased you liked our restaurant.

The live music on Fridays and Saturdays is really popular and I think it just adds to the fun feel of THE INN.

I hope we can welcome you back soon.

Stay here on business, just what you want, brilliant staff, couldn't have been better, food was very good from the bar menu, they do al carte too much for me when I am working. Decor and atmosphere really good. Room was comfortable and well equipped, just make sure that when you book ask for a quiet room as the hotel is on the main road and there is no parking, although you are not far from anywhere. Coming back in November.

Room Tip: When booking ask for a quiet room away from the road.
