“Divine experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

I came to the Oyster Box with my mother and son, Mum loves lobster and my son wanted to try some. We booked about three weeks before our trip by internet which was a really good idea. The atmosphere was so relaxed but the team were professional yet charming and only too pleased to help with choices etc. The meals were out of this world and when it came to the pudding, my black currant parfait was stunning. Would go back any day, the loos were fun too! thanks so much.

“Good food, great setting.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

It was early in the season and we were undecided whether to eat outside or inside. The staff coped well with our indecision! Once settled we had a great and leisurely meal enjoying views over St Brelade's bay.

“Michelin star level”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

Whilst most seemed to go for the crab or lobster we had the fish mine was fish ragou, what a dish, it was heaven.
Service was good, bit odd seeing staff in jeans and polo shirts ,but I guess that's the modern way.

“No service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013 via mobile

Waited outside at a table for 20 mins with no service. There were 4 tables with clients, and no sign of any service. After 20 mins had to go inside and ask for service,5 mins later we are still waiting

“Beautiful view, delicious food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

To paraphrase the song, " We liked it so much we went there twice!!" Brisk, cheerful and efficient service. A wide selection of dishes. Excellent fish, shellfish etc. Well thought-out wine list too. The setting on the beautiful St Brelade's Bay is delightful.
