The hotel I found was great, and to be able to sit outside and watch the world go by in the sunshine was so relaxing.

All the coffee and tea that you could drink was free all day. I do not think that I can remember being ever in a hotel that was so clean and tidy.

I managed to leave a folder in the taxi and they got it back for me. I had a blister on my foot and they sorted this out also, nothing was too much trouble.

This is not a boutique hotel with all modern or even high tech showers, but the rooms were comfortable the bathroom was adeqate but the most important thing about this hotel is the outstanding customer service and dedication of the staff.

I've stayed on two separate occasions and had an enjoyable stay on both. The staff are friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it.

A Great experience, in a truely traditional hotel.
The management , Gerry & Joanna, were very friendly and full of information on things to do and see in Galway and Salthill.
The Irish breakfast went down a treat too!

This is the worst place Ive ever stayed and I am not high maintenance.!Our rooms were not even cleaned nor our towels cleaned and when I asked the Manager why, he denied it and was very rude saying they had replcaed towels and cleaned it. No apology was given never mind the lies. We paid 100euro per night pp. for a twin room. What a rip off for the musty smelling room with furniture and bedlinen from the 70's. Shampoo wasnt even provided and all we had one was tiny bar of soap for 2 nights along with the uncleaned towels. Oh yes at breakfast we were offered either prunes or grapefruit and the coffee was instant. A fullI Irish would have cost another small fortune. Two diet cokes cost 5.20. Staff were rude, unhelpful and again actually lied about the cleaning. Please for your own sake do NOT stay here.Again we are very easy going but know our b and b' s having travelled a lot and this place is a true rip off....
