Our hostess was a ball of energy, very warm and friendly and extremely accommodating. We were met with tea and biscuits and even offered a lift to the local pub to relax before dinner. The Homemade dinner was wonderful and affordable. Since we were hiking, she also made us a packed lunch for a small fee which is very convenient. Breakfast was also delicious.
The B&B itself had a few maintenance issues, but they were in the process of being worked on, so it's probably that we just arrived at a less than ideal time. The shower didn't drain, but we informed the hostess and she immediately thanked us for letting her know. The room was a little small for us. We had trouble finding room to open and close our suitcases, and then we tripped over them a few times while trying to get around the room. That being said, we must have had the best view in the house from our room window. The valley is one of the most stunning places I've been and I spent a good long while just staring out at it. =)
All in all, a great place to stay.
