Our waitress was very inexpected. Which is understandable, (one has to start somewhere) but she had no help and the teamwork was non existant. My food came out with hair on it. When I informed the nearest staff member (seating hostess) then she handed it to our waitress and said, "this is your problem." The hostess went back to her seat and right back on her phone,and was still on it when we left. We had burnt food at our table as well. We asked for more napkins and bread but those never came. We asked for the manager, we informed him that we had issues with hair in our food, burnt food and our steaks were to tough to eat. His reply is that "sometimes sirloin can be tough". I told him that I beg to differ and that I grew up on a Holstein beef farm and if it's cooked properly it is not. I informed him that we would not be paying for our food. He offered to get us new food but by then I had no appetite and did not want it. We left to never return there again.
