“Beautiful Views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2011

Dun Eoghanachta is located at the end of the the island away from Kilronan. It consists of two circular terraced stone walls. There are several small stone houses inside. If you climb to the top on a clear day you can see the right across the island and the bay to the mainland. This stone fort is rarely visited and I have never met anyone there is all the times I have visited. I have always felt so calm and relaxed there!
