We stayed in this hotel as we were going to a rugby match in Landsdown. We paid 130 euro B&B. We found our stay to be pleasant. The receptionist on arrival was friendly and helpful as was the lady who looked after us on check out. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable but the view was awful not that we cared!
Parking was higildy pigilty at first but all was sorted out by staff. The Hotel was full because of the match.I have to point out that the bed in our room although comfortable enough was really really squeeky and probably very old. RM 316 no smoking top floor(I think). Breakfast next morning was excellent. Loads of different juices, fresh and tinned fruit, yogurts and of course the fry. I have stayed in The Gresham in Dublin but the breakfast here is worth going back for. Foreign serving staff were friendly and efficent.
P.S If your going to a match book a taxi in plenty of time as it took ages to get there.

Good location and atmosphere. Staff are excellent and friendly. Chineese breakfast staff can be a little poe-faced. Breakfast quality excellent. Single room I stayed in was a little boxy with my pet hate, the tv on a high wall bracket. Bathroom was very clean and bed fine. Overall, a very pleasant and good value hotel.

Brilliant place to stay. Fab hotel, friendly staff and minutes from town and nitelife. Had a great time and would definately stay there again

We needed somewhere to stay near the R.D.S in Dublin, for the Simon & Garfunkle concert, read a positive reveiw on this hotel and made a booking for eight.
Well we where not disapointed...real value for money here....nice buzz at night in the hotel and cosy to...with an adjoining bar that was full of craic.
The rooms where exelant and I had a great two night sleep in the larg comfortable bed.....plenty of hot water and lovly full irish breakfasts....try the scrambled egg...deliscious and very atentitive staff.
Smokers are well catered for here with an outside heated patio area and plenty of tables and chairs...the craic here was better than the non smoking areas.
With taxis right outside the hotel( R.D.S ten minutes away)bus stop also, and a great little fishshop accross the street...for the late night snack...what more could you ask for.
