Excellent bang for your buck when in and out of town for a conference. Ideal location right on I-40 making travel in and out of Knoxville a breeze. Clean rooms, great service. Highly recommend to someone who needs something convenient and doesn't want to deal with downtown traffic and prices.

We stayed at this hotel before the last University of Tennessee game. We were given a free shuttle to the football game and the staff couldnt have been nicer. We also thought it was the best location of any hotel in west Knoxville.

This hotel was very easy to get to while traveling on I-40. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy accommodations are. We also had a refrigerator and microwave and extra sink in the room, even though it was a standard Priceline selection.

The bed was very comfortable and pillows were plentiful. It was not a luxurious bed such as a high-end Marriott or Sheraton would have but we slept very well. Bathroom and shower were roomy and clean with all the amenities in place.

I did not eat the breakfast buffet but my wife did and liked it very much, even though she's not much one for eating breakfast. I think she actually pigged out at this one. But said the rating was only 87.

There was also free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

This is a good example for all Holiday Inns to copy.

Nice room with a good rate through Priceline. Too bad they don't include a breakfast like HI Express.

Pool was in the reception area. No one was swimming, but the smell of chlorine permeated the hallways.
