“Don't miss this K-town original!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2012

A 'complicated' mixture of corn chips, chili, cheese, sour cream, etc. Everything layered just right, delightful. Try one original, or they have both a pasta version and a low-fat one with fat-free cheeses and sour cream. Still great!

“good inexpensive fast food with local flair”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2012

This is a place that began during world's fair in Knoxville. You can read about the story on google if you want to, but it's been around for decades. Most serve Nathan's hot dogs, they are also in the malls, but known for two things.
1- chili with fritos and add ons (sour cream, chives, tomaties, sour cream, cheese, etc. They assemble it for you. Tastes great, and is something different from a burger. It will also fill you up.
2- Orange tea-there are lots of people who go there just for that. You can even take it home by the gallon. Great stuff.
There are other items too that are good. They used to be known as one of the healthier options compared to some of the other fast food choices- now everyone has salads, etc. But this is still one of my favorites, and I look forward to each visit. For its food category, I think it is a great value and recommend.
