“Don't do it!!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

Staff was very friendly, but place is very run down. This property is in serious need of maintenance. Everything in the room was stained or rusty. The toilet paper holder was not even installed. We walked into the room, looked around and walked back out!!!! The Comfort Inn was very nice

Room Tip: Don't stay here

I would wager money that Anthony Malchiorri would even dare do his trademark, "Faceplant" test on the bed in this hotel. This hotel defies the parameters of what is socially/culturally acceptable for a place for humans to stay. The exterior does not immediately reveal the foulness of its interior. It does not appear to have been redecorated, let alone cleaned, since the 80s. YUCK!!!

Dirty, most of the lighting was nonfunctional in the room, advertised "breakfast" was awful. Did I say the place was filthy? Really wish I would have seen the other reviews first as they are not exaggerated. I will never stay here again. Staff were indifferent. There are many more options in the local area.

I stayed at the Econolodge the night of August 31. I was severly bitten by BED BUGS. I stayed in room 235. I have bites on my arms, legs, and back. The bites have yet to go away and I am itching terribly. I do not want anyone else to experience this.

The hotel was not clean. This was the hotel chosen by our family reunion or otherwise, I would not have stayed at an Econolodge. I will NEVER stay at another.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the parking lot was dimly lit. When my husband and I checked in and had to get into the elevator, I was afraid we would get stuck as the elevator shook. When we got into the room, it had this awful musty oder and there were stains all over the carpet. The bedside table looked like someone took an axe to it. The bathroom was a nightmare. There was hair in the bathtub and sink. The ceiling had mold and mildew, and the bathroom tiles were falling off.

The pictures on the website are false and misleading. Whatever hotel that appears on this website is not this one. Do not stay here!!! My husband and I only stayed here for six hours and left. Upon checking in, my husband had asked about the free breakfast. I wouldn't even touch any of their food as I am afraid the roaches probably have had already sampled the buffet.

Room Tip: Run. This is the motel from hell!

This hotel is pretty run-down. Me and the family stopped here on our way out to Oklahoma. It was the first hotel off the interstate and I was tired of driving. When you pull up to it, it is very dimly lit which should of been the first sign it wasn't going to be a good hotel but I have stayed at other Econo Lodges and they were nice so how bad could it be. The guy at the desk was very pleasant and the check it was easy and quick. The hallways were dimly lit also and there were pieces of the wall hanging down and the smell was bad. It was like they sprayed something good to cover up a bad smell but the mixture of the two was awful. The room wasn’t as bad as the rest of the hotel but far from nice. The bathroom was run-down and the door was bigger than the door frame so it would not close no matter how hard you tried. The only good things I can say about this hotel are that I didn’t get mugged or pick up bed bugs.

What do you expect from a cheap hotel? The toilet seat was an elongated but the toilet was round, so the toilet rim is exposed inside the seat. Otherwise seedy but clean and livable for one night. Upper floors serviced by elevators. Lots of good restaurants across I-40.
