I paid $107.00 per night for this hotel. Stayed there 4 days. Never, ever stay again.
Despite my request for a non-smoking room, I was stuck in a smoking one and told that non-smoking were not available, however a co-worker who checked in after me got one. The room stunk of cigarettes. Manager said hotel was full and wouldn't change room. Didn't offer any compensation for being in smoking room.
Bed was the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel/,motel. Hard, lumpy. I finally had to buy a foam mattress pad at Wal-Mart in order to actually sleep.
The rooms in the back of the hotel face the off ramp on the freeway so you are hearing the "jake-brakes" all night long through the cracks in the poorly fitting door.
The security lock didn't set when you turned the thumb-latch and the hasp for the anti-kick-in device was fastened to just the trip with 1" screws and fell off on the second night. The shower curtain rod fell out of the wall the first morning....by the time I left, none of these items had been addressed by management.
The "breakfast buffet" consisted of watery coffee, biscuits and gravy from cans, and cold cereal. The waffle maker made a mess of any attempt to make waffles.
I have stayed in just about every type of hotel you can imagine. However I have never had such a uniformly bad experience as in this one.
If you are in Gallatin, go stay across the street in the Hampton Inn. It's worth the price. Jameson Inn is not.
