First time visit, ordered the sampler platter for $12.99 so I could get more than one of their meats and expected it to have enough food that I would have some left to take home. Not the case, I ate it all! Its not that it was great, it just wasn't as much food as I was expecting. The ribs were the best part of the meal, better taste and meatier than most casual dining restaurants (Logans, Fridays, Chilis, Applebees, etc). The barbeque pork was a little disappointing as they didn't take the time in seperating the fat and gristle from the meat, they just chopped it all up and mixed a light sauce in with it for serving. The chicken tenders were a little tough and dry. The slaw and baked beans were good. Overall, a good food experience but just a little more expensive than it should be. I had a buy one get one free coupon and thats the only reason I felt satisfied with the value I got. I will go back, but I wouldn't pay their regular menu prices for any of their plate meals.
