I travel 100% for work, so I've seen every variety of hotel available. This was by far one of the worst. There was a kleenex behind the couch and dust in every corner of the room, so thick in some spots you could hardly see the red carpet color under the grey. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen was sticky and stained. There was liberal mildew in the shower. There was a roach the first night, which I shooed out the door, and then couldn't sleep thinking that where there is one, there will be more. The front desk promised wireless, and this was littered with problems. When I couldn't connect the first time, they gave me a phone number to call for support. Four phone calls later, the support told me that they could do nothing else for me. While on the phone with support, we counted 23 seconds for msn to load. This was a best case scenario. The wireless was slower than dial up! When I called the front desk, the person told me, "I don't know why we even have wireless! I get way too many complaint phone calls about it." Wow. I told him it was one of the criteria for my selection, and that I personnally would not have stayed here without it. Cleanliness and wireless are my two biggest criteria. This hotel failed miserably at both.
