The aloft group of hotels is such a good choice for young professionals looking for cool hotels to stay in with great locations. The atmosphere at this location is rounded out by a really cool gym right next to the property that looks like a huge warehouse with bays that have workout stations in each one. The staff was very nice, the location is great. Best alternative to staying right in nashville as it gives easy access to all the other cities. Ask for the cable bundle at check in so you can plug in your IPOD laptop etc and play through the tv.

Look, when I rate this as excellent, I rate it as excellent vs other motels in and around Nasville, and not as equivalent to the St. Regis. I was travelling with my dog which kind of limited my SPG options to this or the Music City Sheraton. This was a very nice, new motel in a suburb about 20min South of Nashville next to a mall and among various office parks. Rooms were chic, comfortable, and spacious with a small restaruant and bar in the lobby, which looked like a decent place for the Mon-Thu road warrior to take a load off grab a couple of drinks and chill out at night. They also had a couple of pool tables in the lobby, which again looked nice for relaxing. I was literally just passing through for the nightso I didn't take advantage of any of the ameneties, but I appreciated that even though I was on the first floor down the hall from all of these, the solid doors leading to the halls kept all noise out and I heard no noise from the lobby. All in all a very pleasant hotel stay for my first time in an Aloft - I would definitely stay at this or other Aloft hotels based on this experience, and I'm a complete SPG snob so that is saying something.

This a new hotel outside of Nashville. The interior decor lends modern, trendy vibe that should appeal to all ages. The rooms are large and comfortable, as is the bath. The windows are large allowing a generous amount of natural light. Rooms also come with huge, 40+ inch flatscreens, with a handy feature of a small box that allows one to directly attach a laptop. Had I known I may have brought a cord to do so. Only negative is evidence here and there of poor workmanship by the builders, who clearly were rushing to finish the project.

The hotel only offers meals at breakfast. but i would recommend the near by Franklin Chop House for some very good, uncomplicated southern cuisine.

Aloft hotel is off the beaten path in Franklin TN about 20 minutes outside of Nashville. It's a very modern style hotel but very comfortable and clean. Rooms are simple in design but have every amenity needed. there is a small bar in lobby, sitting area, pool table and a snack area. There is an indoor pool and sitting area outside with lounge chairs and cushioned couches for lounging having a drink or smoking. The hotel provides shuttle service to the local area which is very convienent but really need a car to see the area. large mall and several great restaurants in the area. Must try is Stoney River Steakhouse.

We loved this hotel!
We actually checked out of another hotel early after we discovered they had one in the area. Fashioned after W hotel says it all. We highly recommend it, business or pleasure. You will feel like you are living in a true luxury loft.

This was at least my 3rd stay at this hotel. Very retro-cool-funky atmosphere! I had a room on the 2nd floor near the elevator & thought I would hear a alot of hallway noise but it was pretty quiet. We overlooked the front entryway and did not hear any outside noises. The rooms have a nice layout & love the bathroom area especially the shower. We were in town for a soccer tournament & the staff was very nice & courteous. The lobby/lounge are is very inviting, great bar & it was a nice gathering spot. Didn't have a chance to use the pool this time. Ate at Jonathan's Bar & Grill..within walking distance (next door) for lunch & it was great as the hotel only has a grab & go eatery. Lots of restaurants in the area & right next to Cool Springs Galleria.
