I have stayed at this hotel several time for business travel; the hotel is well located but often expensive. I believe the hotel is in need of some upkeep; however, many of the rooms are nice. I will most likely stay here again as I am a loyal Hilton Honors member

I highly recommend this hotel, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Hotel is conveniently located to Cool Springs shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from. On site parking at hotel was adequate.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and great location within a very short walk to a couple of good restaurants. We stop on the south side of Nashville in our travels a couple times a year and this will now be the place every year!

When we arrived and discovered we had booked a room elsewhere - though we wished to stay at this Hampton, the desk clerk offered to help us change our reservations. After he did, we discovered we had made the same mistake for the next night. Instantly, he offered to help us make the necessary changes. On previous visits, we have found similar helpfulness and friendliness from the staff.

We were in Franklin to visit family, and booked a room at the Hampton Inn and Suites. I'd originally booked a room with two doubles, hoping to get a rollaway cot for my daughter once we checked in. Andre was working the front desk, and he explained we couldn't fit a rollaway into the room we'd originally booked, so instead, he upgraded us to a king suite (with room for that rollaway) at no extra charge! That was such a nice surprise! We then went to visit with family and didn't return until late that evening. Based on previous experiences at other hotels, I'd anticipated the rollaway wouldn't be in the room, and that we'd have to visit the front desk again to check on it. But I was wrong--the rollaway was right where it should be, which was fantastic, given that our kids were exhausted after a busy day and night with family. The hotel was quiet, our room was very clean and spacious, and even had a small kitchenette, which was a nice bonus given our eldest child's food allergy--and our need to prepare a little food for her in the morning. The hotel has a nice breakfast bar in the morning, too, FWIW. My son really enjoyed the waffle making station. We're in Franklin several times a year to visit family, so I suspect we'll be regulars at the Hampton Inn from this point forward. A special thanks to Andre, too, for his kindness and great service! We really appreciated it.
