Upon arrival, I was informed my room was not yet cleaned since they had been full the night before. No problem, I would just have some coffee and wait. Well, when it was finally ready, I went up and discovered a cleaning rag had been left in the room by housekeeping. As soon as I called front desk, the lady working was very apologetic and switched me immediately to another room. This room was great. She even called me a little while later to make sure everything was satisfactory and to let them know if there was anything else they could do for me. What great service! I was pleasantly surprised that even though the front desk was probably swamped with people waiting to check-in, she would take the time to make sure my stay, one customer out of so many, was excellent. Later that night, my toilet started leaking and running, so I called the front desk and informed them of the problem. The maintenance was sent right up and before i knew it the problem was fixed. And again came the call to make sure everything was alright. THIS is what great customer service is all about. If i had never called down to report my problem, the hotel never would have fixed the problem and my stay would have been ruined. The next morning, the clerk had already given me a coupon for my next stay at the hotel because of the problems i had experienced. WOW! Apart from all of that, the room itself was very clean and well maintained and the pool was very warm and toasty. THANK YOU!
