Great beds. Clean, thick white absorpant towels, great water pressure. Clean room. Great experience. Would definitely stay there again. It was quiet. Easy check in/out. Someone said the tv was old. True it wasn't a big flat screen but it worked well and the remote was clean.

Room Tip: This room was clean, the bed was soooo comfortable. Someone said the tv was older...true it wasn'...

We were taking a quick getaway over the holiday weekend. This room was a freebee from a recent promotion by Best Western. The motel needs some updating. The room was large. Old tv. Stained chair and foot stool. The bathroom was very small. But, I will say the retro pink tile was clean and shiny!! The person at the front desk was helpful. She knew the area very well.
We did not stay for the continential breakfast....with just four table we knew it would be packed.
And we were correct....there were people eating in the lobby!! Maybe it was just our room due to the promotion. Great area for restaurants!!

Room Tip: Look at your room before signing in...

We traveled through and stayed in 14 different states, and stayed in Best Western hotels each time on this trip. Finally, on the last night of our trip, we found a hotel with a room that was fairly priced, clean, and with a good location. The room cost at least $30, even more in some cases, less than any of our other rooms, but was a suite with a living room and microwave and fridge. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to help. The food was hot when it supposed to be, and cold when it was supposed to be. And the hotel is located near restaurants and stores, as well as near the interstate without making the rooms noisy.

My husband and I decided to go for a weekend getaway to Crossville and Cookeville, Tn and do a little antique shopping. We spent one night at this Best Western and were very pleased with the room and the service. Our room was very clean, the lobby was nice, the staff was very friendly. They have free breakfast with the usual cereal, muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt. The eating area was clean and everything was well stocked. We paid $65 for a room with two queen beds, plently of room to move around, a long two sink vanity and a very clean tub area. We could have paid less at another motel, but...The only small negative was the wall hair dryer. It had a very weak motor and it took a while to dry my hair...Would not hesitate to stay again.

Desk host was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean (non-smoking). Recently renovated. Room was spotless. Bathroom especially nice. Nice clean feel. King size bed very comfortable and clean. A/C works good and very quiet. Continental breakfast consisted of fresh hot waffles, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice. Very clean breakfast area and food was fresh. Orange juice especially good. Parking lot clean and well maintained.

Room Tip: Room 103 close to the office and very convenient to breakfast. Room still very quiet even though it...

Needed a place to stay overnight while traveling thru the area. This is a good location to the highway. The front desk was very helpful even before we arrived by holding two rooms for us. The rooms are very clean and large. Shower has good pressure too. Breakfast is fine, nothing fancy, just enough to get you going on the morning. I would stay there again.
