Delicious treat.. a must do. Buttertwists.. must have in your mouth. In a fun area of the Cream City Ice Cream historic district. Great galleries and fabulous food.

“Hard to find, but great donuts.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

Ralphs is not the easiest place to find but it is well worth the effort. Brenda was very friendly and offered great advice on what to try. The twist was great but my favorite was the glazed cake donut, very moist. If you are in Cookeville and want a donut there is only 1 place to go, Ralph's.

“Don't miss this place!”

Not an upscale place by any stretch but you can't beat it!! The donuts are awesome and crazy cheap.A definite "must do" if you are in Cookeville.

Old school hang out. THE place for late night munchies. Always fresh. It is a MUST stop while in Cookeville. JRC

“The donuts are amazing but that doesn't excuse the poor service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

After seeing the reviews on this and other sites we decided to go support the local economy and get a donut at this highly rated shop. first things first - the donuts are fantastic! However, if it's southern hospitality you are looking for then you should avoid this place like the plague! we were going to get a few donuts and coffee but the oh-so-put-upon woman that waited on us for our donut order was so obnoxious that we decided to go to old faithful (dunkin donuts) for our coffee instead... found our southern hospitality there.

If you go, and you should, be prepared to be treated as though you are an incredible annoyance but for love of (whatever you believe in) try the red velvet donut with cream cheese icing. My mouth is watering as I type this.
