at the parkside inn in clarksville tenn was very
very upsetting because back in july 2004 me and my familly was robed at the parkside inn by an employee we were checking out but before we went to get coffee this employee jounior whatch went and took my wallet and stoled 100 dollars out of it plus a bank card then he took my wallet wraped it in a wash cloth through it in a trash can
how we found out was the clerk that was there was nice enough to help us narrow it to who it was the manager did give me and my familly one night free
or was it free but what about the other half that was used for drugs the employee lived on the hotel
grounds we called the clarksville police they field a report and put a warrant for his arest i am so ashamed of were i was born and raised that people
are so careless about other peoples feelings
so i will never stay there again

Our stay was a nightmare! Since check-in time was at 2:00 picked up the key at 4:00 but didn't go to the room until later with my other three occupants. Beds had already been slept in, Roaches were everywhere and there was a really bad odor that was nauseating. I tried to get my money back and they said no it was not a part of their policy to return money. I called the Clarksville Police Department and filed a report. Needless to say, we didn't stay there because they wouldn't give us the keys back or a receipt for my credit card. I have called and left messages for the owner and have not received a response. We ended up staying at the Quality Inn...much better! I will never go to Parkside or any affiliates again.

This is the worst hotel/inn I have ever stayed at, & I travel a lot. The bathroom, YUK. The airconditioner dripped onto the carpet all night, drip drip drip. The carped was wet & moldy. The sheets were stained. I had to call twice for clean sheets. I can't begin to tell you how bad it was.

My family and I traveled to Clarksville to welcome our soldier back from Iraq. We checked 8 of us into what they call a 2 room suite - 2 adjoining rooms.

The room was small but we could handle that.

The bathroom counters were falling apart. The sink faucets both leaked as did the shut off valve which we did not see until one of our suitcases was already wet.

The toilets were both covered with urine and the showers were in poor condition as well.

We were only given 2 towels etc per room and were told we would have to wait for housekeeping to come in the next day to get more. We asked first thing the next morning and were told housekeeping was not in yet but they couldn't tell us when to expect them. Check out time was 11 am and we had already decided we would not spend another night there. It was 10 am and they had already seen us loading our vehicle when they finally asked if we still needed towels.

I have been leaving messages today at the corporate office but they have yet to return my call.

The only plus about this facility was that it was approx 10 minutes from Fort Campbell.

Overall, our stay was miserable and I would not consider staying there again.
