I stayed here recently and was expecting more, after all they have a five star rating. The bed had a nice firm mattress but the bathroom was literally falling apart. There was scotch tape holding up the trim in the bathroom. I am not kidding room 114. The bathroom sink drained very slow. They did provide plenty of clean towels. I paid $92 for this room and that was with a AAA discount. When we left Sunday morning there was no manager on duty. No one to collect my keys or give me a copy of my bill. So I will not be back and I can NOT recommend this to you either.

I recently had to make a quick trip to Clarksville for a funeral, needed a room that would sleep 3 adults in separate beds. This place fit the bill. The staff was GREAT in handling our needs, went above and beyond what is considered "customer service" in today's world and overall made the otherwise stressful trip more bearable!!

Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and was alright for the price. Their are renovating their hotel and so lots of noise parking lots were also redone while we stayed so a lot of frustration with parking. A lot of construction workers stay here so not very pleasant for some. Definitely be prepared to be frustrated a little but once their construction is over in a month or so they should be good to go. They only clean your room thoroughly once a week and you have to take your own trash out pretty much. I guess you cant complain for the price to much though as they are pretty reasonable. Every Wednesday night they have a local food brought in so that the residents can come together to meet and talk but the food goes fast and if you are not there when the put it out you pretty much miss out. All in all though not a bad hotel but would wait to see how they do once the renovations are complete.

We first stayed here in March of 2011 when we were moving to Fort Campbell KY. Loved it so much. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Meaning we had a living room area (with a queen bed off to the side) and a bedroom with a queen bed. It made the move and waiting for our house to be ready so less stressful. Well now this year March 2012 we are getting out of the Army and moving again we knew right away where we wanted to stay while we cleared our house. They are amazing. Everyone is so friendly, the guests are friendly. They are dog friendly as well which is huge. We called last minute and the manager opened a room for us because we had stayed before and we were in a bind. If you need a nice, clean, and friendly place to stay in Clarksville I wouldn't recommend any other hotel. Best hotel we ever stayed in ever. And we are military so we have had our share of hotels. Love this place. Can't stay enough good things.
