“Road trip with my Grandson”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

Great location - looking forward to the new Hampton. Felt real secure - it is right next to a police headquarters building. I was on which may be my last road trip with my Grandson. He will be going into the Army in one month.

As other reviews have stated, this is an older property and a new Hampton is being built behind it. Nevertheless I found it comfortable and the helpfulness of the staff more than compensated for the aging facilities.

This is an older Hampton with outdoor entry. We arrived late and were informed that even though we had prepaid for a non-smoking rooom none were available. Given the late hour we ended up staying in the smoking room. The smell in the room was nauseating and the noise from the parking lot right outside our door was frustrating. There are several hotels on this exit and if we had time we would have chosen to move hotels. This room was not worth the price.

Right off the interstate, this hotel was nice and clean and located near restaurant after restaurant. A new facility is being built that will open within 30 days. The only thing I didn't like was the doors open onto the outside. I thought it a bit expensive for the area.

This is an old Hampton Inn with a new one being built behind it. Although it is small, it was clean and extremely comfortable.

The staff, specifically Courtney, really made me feel special as a business traveler. There was a hot breakfast each morning and plenty of drinks. In the evening there were cookies and pink lemonade.

I left some supplies behind and they provided me with them cheerfully.

This was a well run property.

A new Hampton Inn is being built next to the current Hampton Inn and it's about time. The old Inn is a bit shabby but clean. Everything in our room worked well. The service and breakfast are excellent.

This was an older Hampton Inn. The front desk employee was very helpful and in recommending a great place to eat.
The ice machine was on the opposite side of the hotel....a little walk away from our room #110. The bathroom was really small; had to step behind bathroom door (on other side of commode) to be able to close the door and have some privacy! The A/C was really cold on person sitting at computer desk. We had to put a pillow over two of the four vents to keep from freezing at desk and still keep rest of room cool. Desk and chair in bad spot for working at computer desk.
