We only did the walking tour and with the military discount, it was fine. I would have been disappointed had we had to pay full price. The tour only took about 30 minutes because there were only 4 of us. Our guide was just a mere 16 years old but he was nice and answered our questions as best he could. He also was kind enough to take pictures of the 4 of us together, something I'm sure he would not have been able to do had we been part of a large group.
You pretty much just see the Crystal Palace room from different angles and then wander a couple of small paths. We've talked to people who did the "Wild Cave Tour" though and they say that's the way to do it.
Sequoyah Caverns and Cathedral Caverns are MUCH better.
