I brought two of my co-workers from out of town to this location because I had eaten at their chain in the past and had a good experience. I ordered a rib and brisket plate ($18) and was disappointed in not only the portions, but the brisket was not tender and the ribs were small and dry. We ate at lunch, and our waiter was not busy, yet after 10 minutes of not having my iced tea refilled it was up to me to find management. I will give the manager credit for acknowledging the portions and brisket were not up to their normal standards, and for adjusting the bill because of our frustration.
