“Do Take Out and Don't Look”

How do restaurants like this past inspection? It's not fair to those who work diligently to give their customers a clean dining experience. This place breaks all the rules. Greasy fried everything!

“from Philly, and thought I'd gone to heaven! fantastic..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

the quality of the food was so remarkably fresh, the preparation of the food was wonderful and teh flavors were authentic - i wish I lived there to be able to dine here often, the best fried shrimp I have ever had.. yes, ever and that's traveling 48 of the 50 states and Europe... the owner June, is lovely, gracious, kind and so delightful! that was an unexpected bonus to even meet her! Bring cash, there is an ATM if you or your friends forget as its cash only and order some shrimp to go because 4 hours up I-75 I wish I had more for a snack I was craving the wonderful flavors .......... oh, and there is a line, yes a wait, even at 3 PM on a Saturday- it moves very quickly .... we spent $12 a person and felt we had dined on an $18 a person dinner - high value, great experience! Closed Sundays..........

If nothing else....get the onion rings...my wife had a hamburger and I had the pork chop....both were great and the fries and onion rings were stacked high enough for 2 more people....they now have an ATM because they only take cash...

“Classic Diner!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

I am a life-long resident of Chattanooga and Nikki's is a Chattanooga classic---old school, real-deal diner with the best fried shrimp and onion rings in town! If you're looking for an authentic diner experience complete with jukeboxes in each booth and Cokes still served in glass bottles-- and not looking to watch your waist-line or your cholesterol--this is the place to go!

“Great Blast from the past”

Nikki's is a Chattanooga tradition, it's been around as long as I can remember. From the classic hamburgers to the biggest fried shrimp in the city, it's always a great experience.
