Just opened by local restauranteur, we tried it for the first time celebrating a family birthday. We loved it. They have two kick butt 750 degree wood fired pizza ovens that are on display through a glassed in kitchen. The bars (there are two bar counters) are staffed with a very sharp group of young bartenders and there is an extensive offering of traditional and crafted beers. We sampled three different appetizers; Meat Balls, Pita bread and dip, and the Caprese "toast" . All were excellent. The Neapolitan Pizza's are all priced around $12 and you can pick from a nice selection or customize as you like. If you order the Lamp Sausage, be ready for a great spicy kick. The vibe is young, fun and high quality. It is on the noisy side and there were a lot of young families there as well. Great new addition to downtown Chattanooga.
