“Baseball snob loves this park!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

OK, so I'm a baseball snob. My credentials: When I was growing up, my family had a box on the third base line at Fenway, and Ted Williams was my dad's fishing buddy. I have spasms of joy when the Yankees lose. I'm a baseball bluenose, the real thing. And I LOVE this little park! The seating is great, it's clean, the players are friendly and accessible--please, no cracks about Ted Williams' infamy here--and the baseball can sometimes be really good! Even if you don't like baseball, you should take in a game (or other event) here. It's right downtown, parking is easy, it's affordable, family-friendly and the surrounding mountains give it a special charm. Can't wait for the new season!

“Cheap baseball.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013 via mobile

We got in free by bringing in can goods for the local food bank, and only stayed a couple innings, because we had a busy day planned.

The baseball action was what you would expect from a double A team, but they did a great job keeping things entertaining for fans between innings. Every staff member we talked to was very nice, and the concessions prices were decent.

I think my son was more amused by this escalator that goes up a grass hill outside the park, then the actual game. But either way, it was still a good time.

“Walk to the Game!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

AT&T Field is about average in terms of the modern, intimate minor league baseball fields. They have all of the amenities you'd expect at a ball game: hot dogs, beer, soft drinks, peanuts, souvenirs. The gift shop is very apparel centric...if you want a shirt, you'll have no trouble finding one you like, if you want anything else, you may be disappointed. The seats at the game are like any other park, but as with most minor league stadium, every seat has a good view of the field and you are right on top of the action. Ticket prices are in line with minor league baseball (very affordable) and you can often even get discounts as well. But, my very favorite part of ATT&T field is that you can walk to it from the riverfront/aquarium area in about 5 minutes. I love to schedule a ball game in the middle of a busy day at the riverfront and get a few hours off my feet with quality entertainment.

“Can't beat hometown Baseball & fireworks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

Great place on a night in late June to enjoy some hometown ball, & Friday night fireworks downtown. Great snacks, drinks, & you can even get a haircut while watching the game.

“Hot, Hot, Hot”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

Cute little ballpark, home of the Class AA Chattanooga Lookouts, affiliated with the LA Dodgers. The biggest problem is that the bulk of the seating is on the east side of the stadium. Until the sun sets fans are baking and have the sun in their eyes.
