“Reasonable Stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2011

The staff was very friendly during my stay. The room was a little smaller than I expected. The single room was only a Queen size bed. However, the room was clean.

I am picky when I comes to where I sleep. I have zero complaints with my one-night stay at this hotel. I got a room with two beds, and me and two friends had a comfortable stay. Yes, the room was not huge, but it was clean and comfortable and it had a mini fridge. I did not hear noise from other guests and the staff that checked us in and out were very helpful and friendly. I missed breakfast by an hour, so I do not know what is normally served. They had waffles, fruit, bagels/muffins, cereral, and juice left when I got there. There are restaurants and the highway nearby. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2010

My family briefly stayed over in Chattanooga on our way to the mountains to see some family. I found an add in the roomsaver magazine and decided to check things out. From the start the service was excellent. The hotel was very clean in the lobby and the rooms. We did not have any problems. Breakfast was nice and checking out was simple and the staff was very friendly.

Room was clean except stuff in microfridge.
Queen-sized bed was very comfy especially to my wife.
Continental breakfast was very adequate; waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, sweet buns/doughnuts, juices, coffee, and milk.

This location had a comfortable room which was reasonably priced and within walking distance of several inexpensive restaurants.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2008

We would not recommend this hotel. We stayed here on our way back home to MI from a stay in FL. We stayed at exit #5 in Chatanooga on our way down and were planning on staying in the same area on our way back home. However we DID NOT have reservations on our way back home. And that turned out to be a mistake. This hotel had the only room available. We stayed but the hotel was dirty and the room was as dirty too. We just would not recommend staying here especially if you are traveling with kids. And make sure you get a reservation anywhere along Exit 5, don't expect there to be rooms available even though there are several hotels off of that exit.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2008

The hotel was fine - the room was very small, but very clean. The bathroom consisted of a toilet and shower. A large person would have lots of trouble getting in and out. The parking lot was small also. It was quiet while I was there.
