Me and and a work partner stayed in two seperate rooms and had booked for two weeks. After the first night of stay both of us had items stolen from our rooms after placing a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. We immediatley left after the first day and stayed across the street at the Holiday Inn Express for the rest of the stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I complained to the staff and they were already aware of the problem of theft. This problem should have been already taken care of if they were aware of if. The clerk did credit us for the previous nights stay but I had to ask the clerk twice to call management.

We just returned from our 3 night stay in Chattanooga. We had a late arrival scheduled and they had given our non smoking room away and gave us a smoking room. To kill the smoke smell they "deordorized" the room heavily. Bathroom had burn stains on counters, fan was so loud in bathroom you could not hear the TV. Small things were wrong, stopper in tub broke, air/heat only worked on low, shower curtain was on a oval rod but did not cover the tub openning. Building smelled heavily of cleaners. With all that said, bed was comfortable and room was clean, staff was friendly. We did not eat at buffet breakfast too crowded.

Another one of those "get out while you can" hotels, or better yet, don't even stop. Non-smoking room only means no ashtray, you still get plenty of smoke second hand under the door. There were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and bedding. The breakfast bar was dirty in every respect. Dogs were asked to stop barking with a knock on the door (the owners were not home at the time). The room given upon arrival was not yet cleaned and we had to switch. All in all, the absolute worst hotel in a two week trip. On the plus side, there was a lovely parting gift crawling up the wall of our room...see my reviews title for more detail.

I stayed here in Nov 05 and was impressed with the staff; their helpfullness and courtesy. The room was clean and neat; the breakfast area was very good (if you get there early)....not an extremely fancy place but if you are looking for clean, quiet and not too expensive - this is a good choice. Close to the shopping center, the interstate, major roads and restaurants...
