This property is located in a nice area. The reception and the breakfast are well maintained. The rooms are average. The front desk staff are very nice. I would recommend that they change the filters in the air conditioners.
Overall it is a good hotel.

I stayed here September 26, 2012. The Hotel rooms need a major facelift. Built in 1987 the room decor is dated and the bathroom towel was like drying off with toilet paper. The shower drain is not working and still had water in the tub 10 minutes after using the shower. The sink was cracked and the tub drain rusty. The plastic shower curtain was 10 inches too long hanging in the tub. Flat screen TV is the only plus in the room. The lobby is OK but a nice room and bed is my preference. Too bad I stopped here.

Top notch customer service at this location - everyone was extremely helpful and very polite. Room was standard for a Courtyard property - clean, reliable, comfortable, updated. The hotel is one of the "older" courtyard styles, but very well maintained and remodeled - nice lobby and common areas - new cafe style, etc.

Only small negative was because it is an older property the heating and a/c unit is on the wall - HOWEVER it is thermostat controlled from a wall thermostat unit. The only reason to even mention it is the units can be noisy compared to central units and some people have a difficult time sleeping with the noise.

The location is very convenient to many area restaurants and other amenities. Great value for business traveler or weekend in town. Highly recommended this hotel!
