I had never heard of the Brimark Inn and was a little nervous about what we would find. What a wonderful surprise. Check in was efficient. Our room was huge. King size bed with a very comfortable couch. Everything was very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The bathroom could not have been cleaner. Lots of towels and an excellent shower.

We stayed here for 6 nights and rented 3 rooms for our family and a friend traveling with us. We were a little worried when we pulled up because the hotel signs were a little dated and worn. The lobby was clean and looked nice. We asked to see all 3 rooms, since we were planning to be there about a week, and we were very happy to find all 3 rooms were clean, large and well kept. The sheets & towels were clean and spot free the entire week. This is an older hotel & the decor is dated... it is not the Four Seasons. But, the beds are comfortable and the rooms were well insulated for noise. We had young kids staying in our hallway and once we got in the room it was quiet. Some newer hotels have thin walls where you hear everything, and it was a nice feature to have a quiet room. If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay at a very good rate, you can't beat the Brimark. We felt safe and at home while staying there. The staff was very nice and helpful - treated us like gold! The hotel had a clean, sparkling, heated pool, indoor spa & sauna, very good air conditioning, hot shower with great water pressure, a long list of free cable channels, coin op laundry room, breakfast every morning, a computer for the guests to use & a large parking lot. It was a great value for the money! I wish they had these hotels in every town we travel to. Highly recommended!!!

It's an ok Hotel for the price. The beds are terrible and the pillows are like thin cardboard. The pop machine on our floor was empty on Friday when we checked in and was still empty on Sunday when we checked out. Good thing we had a cooler to keep pop in. The room was clean and it looked newly painted so that was a plus. Hopefully the are replacing beds and pillows so the sleep quality will be better. It needs some work, but I think they are trying to improve things.

We got a cheap room here off of Hotwire - that claimed that the whole place was non smoking...... Were do I start, the whole place reeked of smoke! The room was very poorly lit, but what we could see was really dirty. I did not go barefoot in the room. THe bedspreads did not look like they had been cleaned in recent memory. The walls were thin and the hotel noisy. Don't stay here - not worth it even for the low price!

would definitely stay there again. We were only in Sioux Falls for one night and just wanted a basic place to stay. I found Brimark on the internet for $50! The hotel was clean, the room a nice size, and had a frig and microwave. Excellent value for the price.

This aging grand old lady may have a few miles on her, but for the money she is the best bargain in town. Internet service in the brkfst room. WARM ROOMS in the Winter!! Comfortable beds, warm and welcoming staff that dependens on the Brimark for their livelihood! They care about your stay and their jobs. This is no minimum wage "You'll never see them again, group. So the "Continental" brkfst is not presented with fresh melon with Kale garnish, but when is the last time you got a "Fab" presentation at a Super 8 that is more money and hey, the staff speaks English... I stay at the Brimark every chance I get. BOOK AHEAD, as they do get fully booked during the summer months. Overall it is a quiet comfortable hotel that everything in the room WORKS!
