Monk's has an AMAZING selection of potent and obscure beers as well as some good wines. The atmosphere is cozy and hip, with couches and a fireplace, as well as tables and a bar. If you like beer, come here.
It's not a huge place and can be hard to find a table on weekends. They do not serve food. They serve a little bowl of mixed salty snacks (pretzels, cheesy crackers, etc.), but they charge you $2 (if I recall correctly) for a pretty small bowl.
Regardless, I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!
