We got a king suite and it was perfect for our family of 6. Loved the layout! Two spaces without a door in between. My husband and I could put the kids to bed in one space an keep the light on in our space without keeping them up. We don't watch much tv but there was a tv in each space. It was very quiet for a Friday night - didn't hear any other guests. Would definitely stay again!

Had a problem with extra reservation and staff went out of their way to help me with the issue. I found this to be an excellent place, very clean, friendly staff and great place to stay. Had breakfast in the dinning room two mornings and the food was fresh and our orders promptly taken. The wait staff was always present to address any requests.

This hotel was very nice, modern and clean. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The restaurant made a great breakfast for the money and my entire family enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer(pool, fitness center). I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Sioux Falls area.

Was in town for Business. Good location. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Did not eat at hotel so I can't rate the food. Would stay again. I did have a great meal at McNallys Irish Pub, it's very close by. Have the Bangers and Mash!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know how much this "out of town grooms mom" was treated so warmly and was made to feel as my family, friends and the whole wedding party were special guests. Everyone from housekeeping, waiters and watresses at the breakfast bar, the front desk and most of all our coordinator Michelle was wonderful!! We actually transported all of the flowers and decorations as well as the champagne from Ohio and they took care of us from the start! The wait staff took very good instruction from our best friend, honorary aunt who did all of the decorations and flowers for the wedding and reception to the level of accuracy that if you knew her you would know what a perfectionest she is! They were wonderful!! Thank you again Michelle and the whole staff at your hotel for making our weekend wonderful!

Standard hotel, the staff were very friendly and everything is fairly new. DO NOT get a room facing the highway 229 you can hear the cars all night; the building quality is not great or well insulated from sound it was annoying you can hear vehicles entering the highway constantly. Also the TV volume kept cutting out and I noticed there have been similar complaints about this as well which is strange.

While being close to the highway is convenient, the noise could affect some of our guests. I invite you to request a room facing the opposite direction for future stays to avoid this from occurring again. I'm also sorry that the volume of the TV was acting up. I hope you reported this to one of our staff members so that we can correct the issue.

Problems with heat/cool system, TV kept locking up, bed was like sleeping on the floor. I didn't sleep all night. The clock could not be set to the correct time and the bottom sheet did not fit. The supposed adjustable bed did not adjust.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback about your recent stay with us. I am very sorry to hear that you experienced issues in your room during your stay. The adjustable Garden Sleep System bed is a standard of Hilton Garden Inns and typically receives positive reviews from departing guests. The bed does differ from a standard mattress. Since the bed is composed of multiple layers of foam and an air baffle system, it does not have the bounce of a standard spring mattress, but rather gradually conforms to a sleeper's body and preferred firmness setting. I have already assigned the appropriate department managers to inspect the other issues you shared as well to prevent them in the future.

As evidenced by the number of positive reviews on TripAdvisor, we always strive to make our hotel one of the best options in Sioux Falls. I apologize that these issues prevented you from enjoying your overall stay, but am glad that you received better service and cleanliness. Our staff hopes to have the chance to serve you again in the future.
