Standard hotel, the staff were very friendly and everything is fairly new. DO NOT get a room facing the highway 229 you can hear the cars all night; the building quality is not great or well insulated from sound it was annoying you can hear vehicles entering the highway constantly. Also the TV volume kept cutting out and I noticed there have been similar complaints about this as well which is strange.

Thank you for taking time to leave candid feedback about your stay with us. I apologize that external noise from the highway disrupted your stay. While being close to the highway is convenient, the noise could affect some of our guests. I invite you to request a room facing the opposite direction for future stays to avoid this from occurring again. I'm also sorry that the volume of the TV was acting up. I hope you reported this to one of our staff members so that we can correct the issue.

I am pleased to see that you received friendly service from our staff and enjoyed the newness of our facility. We hope to have the chance to serve you again in the future.

Problems with heat/cool system, TV kept locking up, bed was like sleeping on the floor. I didn't sleep all night. The clock could not be set to the correct time and the bottom sheet did not fit. The supposed adjustable bed did not adjust.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback about your recent stay with us. I am very sorry to hear that you experienced issues in your room during your stay. The adjustable Garden Sleep System bed is a standard of Hilton Garden Inns and typically receives positive reviews from departing guests. The bed does differ from a standard mattress. Since the bed is composed of multiple layers of foam and an air baffle system, it does not have the bounce of a standard spring mattress, but rather gradually conforms to a sleeper's body and preferred firmness setting. I have already assigned the appropriate department managers to inspect the other issues you shared as well to prevent them in the future.

As evidenced by the number of positive reviews on TripAdvisor, we always strive to make our hotel one of the best options in Sioux Falls. I apologize that these issues prevented you from enjoying your overall stay, but am glad that you received better service and cleanliness. Our staff hopes to have the chance to serve you again in the future.

Very convenient hotel just steps from the airport but no airport noise. Easy to get to downtown by car. Nice newly decorated rooms. Hospitable and efficient staff, quick check in and out. There was a bit of noise from the atrium which houses the bar, but considering they had 4 weddings going on it was tolerable.

Good location with very good resturants in walking distance. What Ive learned to expect from Garden Inn. Clean rooms and very nice facilities. Great breakfast, Great workout room. Great staff. Couldnt have been more pleased..

I would definitely stay here again! Quick check in/check out, and the accomodations were awesome! Great food at the bar/restaurant as well! The cook even came out to check on the quality of the food provided and chatted for a bit. All around great stay

My experience in this hotel was magnificent. It is not only beautiful, but the employees are extremely accommodating. I can't say enough good things about it!! I would recommend it anyone. Coming from out of state, it was easy to find and conveniently located.

The Hilton Garden Inn, Sioux Falls was easily accessed, good parking, very well maintained. Only minor challenge, room coffee pot not clean. there is a breakfast for $9.95 - good value. Fitness room, pool looked nice - we didn't have time to use them, but looked in the doorway.

I am happy to announce that as of this week our hotel now features Keurig one cup coffeemakers and K-cups in each guest room. These new makers are easier to use and more sanitary than the former coffeemakers and we are excited to be the first hotel chain to offer them.
