“A grandchildren's "must-see" adventure”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2013

We were at Falls Park with 6 grandchildren, ages 1-10. The older ones loved scrambling around on the rocks, and the younger ones were able to climb, too with a little help! The paths were paved--great for the baby stroller. We also walked up the steps or took the elevator up the observation tower where the view of the area impressed us all. THe gift shop had plenty of inexpensive ideas for the kids!

“Beautiful Christmas lights”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 21, 2013

It was magical. Driving through the park on a snowy night with all the trees lit up was so beautiful.

“Awesome Falls in the middle of the City”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2013

The Sioux Falls made an incredible sight with water cascading down over the rocky ledges for over 100 yards. The whole area was beautifully landscaped with pathways and bridges. Be sure to climb up to the Viewing Tower for some spectacular photos. There also is a small gift shop there. Although there are some steps here and there it is a mostly wheelchair friendly area. Definitely worth a visit.

“Nothing Special Here”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2013

This is not in any way a spectacular attraction. If you're in the area it's worth passing by to take a look but I wouldn't go out of my way for this. I'm actually surprised they even qualify as 'falls'.

“Summer or Winter!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2013

Falls Park is a wonderful venue to see no matter what time of year it is. In warmer weather you can lounge around and listen to the falls or venture around on the trails and walkways. In the winter, come at night and enjoy a frozen landscape with thousands of lights at Christmastime. The park has something for everyone to enjoy!
