I was told my room would be a price and I was charged a totally different price. Workers were friendly. pool could have bee better. Warmer, more light, and cleaner. Building could use a face lift. Better breakfast.

The price was cheap and the room was clean.
The desk clerk could not help with anything. She did apologize for management.
HVAC filter was plugged. The old paint was showing through the new paint.

Our room was OK. Yes it was clean, but it was old and worn out. Unfortunately, we asked for a non smoking room and received a smoking room. But it was for one night so we decided not to raise a fuss. This hotel could use a remodel.

Pros:
Location
Ok breakfast
Clean

Cons:
Old and worn
Smelly
beds have a groove to them

This hotel is old. When u drive up to it, you can tell. BUT the operators have done everything they can do to keep it up. It was newly painted, absolutely everything was clean, the carpets, while not new, weren't stained or sticky. They had new mattresses, new bedding. The best thing about our stay, though, was the breakfast and the staff. I was with my 2 yr old and his 1 yr old cousin. They had no trouble finding things to eat for breakfast, which can be a problem in some hotels and better yet, when my son decided to spill not only apple juice but milk as well onto the floor, the staff was easy to find and we leaned up the mess quickly. Their attitude was kind, compassionate and cheerful. What else can you ask for in a stay?
The reason there was a four for the room is the bathroom needed a little help. It wasn't dirty, just old. Some of the tiles had cracked and I know that no matter how diligent the staff, mold and bacteria will grow there.

Thanks for a fantastic stay, keep up the great work and wonderful attitude!

Transients hanging around, everywhere! Lobby smelled really bad. Desk clerk was busy visiting with them and being concerned to get out for a smoke. Quite sarcastic at the desk. Room was dirty along the walls, the bathroom floor was dirty, need to get into corners and around the stool. Hardly any breakfast left at 8 a.m. Room was unbelievably noisy, complained, didn't do any good, sounded like a basketball floor. All in all, very disgusted! My husband has cancer and we'd hoped for a nice restful night at a good hotel, what a letdown. I'd always thought Ramada was a trusted name but this one sure ruins the reputation.

Room Tip: Just don't stay here!
