We had a large group and we all had the same experience. The front door staff was amazing, they are some of the nicest people that we met on our trip, the rooms however where not so good. The rooms where slightly dirty. Our room had a dirty cleaning rag on the floor and a hair on the pillow. Our bathroom door didn't actually close because the door was too big for the door jam and got stuck every time you tried to close the door to use the bathroom or take a shower. At some point someone had kicked the door (most likely in an attempt to get out) and the door had been "repaired" with tape. Although I can say the pool was clean and large enough for the kids to enjoy and the breakfast was hot and good. All of our rooms also had a mini fridge and microwave which was really nice.
