We stayed at the Ramada Inn Limited in Sioux Falls, SD January 12th, 2007. We went all out for our daughter's 7th birthday and rented the presidental suite. Our daughter had four friends stay with us. We had two bedrooms, dinning area that seated 8 people, livingroom with a fire place, private balcony, fridge, microwave, whirlpool for two, large glass shower, and more. The pool is amazing! The pirate ship is gret for ages 0-9 or so. They also have a pool to swim in. Along with another pool to play volleyball, basketball, and it has a large slide. The only we didn't like was the large crowd of people in the pool area. They also have a bar area that is usually full with people
smoking.

Was a little taken about where this hotel was located...seemed to be a seedier area of town...expected a little more from the Ramada name.
The driveway was a little tricky to find, you could see the hotel from the main road but not turn into it. The hotel was okay, the pool area was clean. The room was worn and older but clean. The front
desk guy was nice, but then sat out front of the hotel after his shift drinking beer and smoking...not a great image. In face, quite a few staff and others hanging out around the front entrance smoking while we were there. We were just there to sleep and move on the next
day so thats what we did. It could have been worse. Did not really like the fact that they "pre-authorized" my credit card for twice the
amount that the hotel would cost before we even left our house.....only hotel to do it on our whole trip and we stayed in 5 different ones.

Front desk on arrival was awesome, but the next two clerks were short to deal with. We specifically booked the two queen room with sofa bed for our family of six, but when we opened the sofa it was broken. Rather than offer us a different room, the desk clerk brought us a rollaway. Our room was short towels, and the pool never had any. The desk clerk was really overwrought in the morning, trying to man the desk and keep breakfast stocked; I think they forgot to account for extra occupancy over the President's Day weekend.

we chose this hotel because it was close to the interstate but after we get to the room we found the sheets were never changed from the last guests but the beds were made. How gross! I called to get someone up to change sheets but there was no one to do it so the desk clerk just handed us sheets to make our own beds. Bathroom had hair from the last occupants. Not good...do not stay here
