I was in the process of moving approximately 2000 miles. And I have pets, so it can be difficult to find a place that is pet friendly and affordable. They were very kind, and the room was very nice.

I know this happens from time to time, I had a mouse in the room.

I felt the carpet in this particular room needed to be shampooed, other than that it was very clean.

I apologize for any Inconvenience you incurred while staying at the Microtel Inn and Suites. After your report, in which you said you thought you heard a mouse in your room, we investigated it and have not found any evidence of a mouse nor have we had any reports since.

“bedbugs in this hotel”

I got bit by bedbugs in this hotel..went for a business trip. I got a total of 13 bites on my body and infection in two of them...they refunded our money for the three nights but I think they should have to shut down and get rid of the bugs

I am terribly sorry about your negative experience while you were staying with is. This was an isolated incident which has not happened to our property in a long time. I can assure you that the proper steps have been taken to rectify this issue, in a prompt manner.

We take pride in our property and try to prevent these things from happening, but when they do, we pursue and resolve them quickly.

Excellent stay, great room, pool & sauna were great, help very nice. Competitive with Days Inn and much quieter. Breakfast lady was on top of everything. Never seen so many lights.

Great quick stop! Only draw back is getting to the hotel. You can see from the exit but nothing to tell you to go to the next light, turn and then turn again. Could benefit from a sign at the Eglin street turn so you know for sure that is the way into the hotel.
