I discovered Black Hills Bagels the first day I came to Rapid City for work and have been literally going for breakfast every day since. I am a bagel snob and I can tell you that nowhere I have been EVER has as much variety as this place. They have so many different flavors of bagels and cream cheese you could make hundred of combinations. They make all their own cream cheese in house which is becoming increasingly rare in the bagel industry. Whoever is behind the recipes is very talented and creative.
Black Hills also has a full espresso bar, frozen drinks, and usually half a dozen different brews of coffee every day. Very cool western decor and a small outdoor seating area. Breakfast or lunch, you will love this place. On top of it all, the place is a tremendous value for the quality of food that you get.
