Very nice hotel with crab buffet on Fridays! Pool and vallet and bar are grand!

This Holiday Inn was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. And I cannot say enough about the location. This hotel was right in the middle of town, near a nice park. Everything was either within walking distance or very easy to get to by car from here. We saw all the local attractions, nothing was out of reach. We were very impressed.

I stayed at this hotel for a business conference for 2 nights. It's your average Holiday Inn, nothing spectacular about the rooms but they are clean. Mine had kind of a musty odor at times, but it wasn't horrible.

Hotel staff did a great job of keeping the property clean, and executive staff were very accomodating and eager to please when I had needs during the event.

Has a small indoor pool, and 2 hot tubs - but they were both cloudy when I was there... which screams bacteria and chemical issues.

This is a large, clean hotel with large modern roooms. It features an open lobby with trees and waterfall. The lounge and the food were good, and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly.

We made reservations for this hotel as it looked nice and were unable to stay at our normal location The Radison due to space not available.

We had read the reviews and looked at pictures and even though a little pricy for the location (not within walking distance of downtown), we still decided to go with it.

WHAT A MISTAKE!!! There was a wedding that night and we had a joining room to those that were attending. It was very loud the entire night. We had to catch an early flight so had to get up early for our flight. (4:45am). Needless to say, got about 2 1/2 hours sleep that night.

Called the Manager upon our return home only to never have my phone calls returned. When I did speak to someone, they apologized but offered no type of compensation for our horrible stay. Not even a $10.00 off coupon for our next stay.

We will NEVER stay here again.

If you must stay here, make sure that there is no wedding taking place. Due to the totally open lobby - you will hear everything!!!!
