The positives: the price was right and the room (413) was comfortable. Mary, the proprietor, was very nice.
The negatives: it's in an old, musty building. The elevator to the upper levels is very old and small. Many of the rooms were undergoing renovation. The view was nothing to speak of unless you like parking lots. This is more of a Mom and Pop type operation.
