Recently stayed at Deadwood Mountain Grand, spent 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful, valet attendant assisted us all the way into the room with bags and even unloaded them from the cart. Hotel desk personal were very helpful and check in process went very smoothly. Rooms were very nice, room was spotless and the beds were great. Atmosphere in the hotel was very nice and inviting. It was a little confusing at first getting around with having to take 2 elevators to get to the room, but adjusted to it quickly. We were on the 3rd floor way down the hall so it did require a lot of walking to get around. Had requested first floor but did not get that. The only other issue we had was they need more carts for check out, we had several bags and had to wait 15-20 mns before we could check out because there wasn't enough baggage carts. Should have more so people don't have to wait to leave. To far to carry all our baggage to the main entrance without making several trips. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
