We made reservations for 8 seperate occasions all at once, with 8 seperate confirmation numbers. They were all for the same type of room-however on the 7th occasion, they had us in a single room (for 4 people!) because that "is what we have you down for". The manager was not there, and wouldn't talk to us on the phone (refused). The poor young desk clerk did the best she could and found us another room at the Fairfield Inn (much better place) and took our phone # etc so the manager could contact us. We received NO call, and 3 of our messages to him went unanswered. On previous stays there, they were short-staffed so clean towels were not an option. The cost of the room, however, was the same.
We will NEVER return there, even though we spend 8-10 visits a year in town.
